This is clearly intended to deceive the consumer and, because of the number of complaints against this company, it is clear they have done this to many, many people. You will not only get your money back, but it will eventually cost this company money because they get charged a fee when a customer does chargebacks due to their fraudulent activity.

While no single database will ever be 100% accurate primarily because of the varying differences between local, state and national records , PeopleFinders provides reliable and accurate information. I told them I felt it was unethical.

I've sent a few e-mails and I've called the Customer Service Team. They won't reimburse me the money; they said that is the price for accessing a report. I signed up for what was supposed to be a 3 day free trial with unlimited searches. I did 5 searches and the information was all outdated. I cancelled the trial or temporary membership immediately. When I called to request a refund I was told that their services are non refundable and that they do not guarantee the information they provide. This is a fraud and they need shut down. It was clearly deceptive because the billings were always 4 days apart using 2 different company names so the consumer doesn't always notice. I certainly wouldn't choose to be double billed. They both had the too bad so sad attitude that was so irritating and they refused to refund the double billing. I would have chosen no stars but that option wasn't available. Complaints also include billing issues and poor customer service quality. And if there was more than one person I needed to look into why would I pay for just the one.
